Shipping Policy
It is our policy to ship all products as soon as possible, by the most efficient and reliable carrier, and in a manner which protects the products in route. Occasionally, mistakes do happen ( the wrong item shipped, the wrong item ordered, package lost in transit, etc.) but we work to keep those mistakes to a minimum. If you think that a shipping error has occurred, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do everything we can to correct the situation to your benefit promptly and courteously.
Return Policy
JAXX Industries LLC honors a 30-day return/exchange policy on all parts and accessories. Please contact JAXX Industries within 30 days upon receipt of the item(s) to proceed with the refund or exchange process. If the refund or exchange is due to an error on the part of JAXX Industries, a re-stocking fee will not apply and the amount of the item, including shipping and handling charges, will be refunded. However, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.
For refund eligibility, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
PLEASE CONTACT JAXX INDUSTRIES BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT. The original purchaser must make returns and exchanges and send to 900 Wigwam Pkwy #155, Henderson NV 89014.
Some products carry warranties from other manufacturers, at which point you will need to deal directly with that manufacturer. JAXX Industries will assist in the process as able.

JAXX Industries LLC will only accept firearms returns with a valid RMA number on the outside of the box. Please contact us at 702-485-4722 to obtain an RMA number. Please use a physical address as P.O. boxes are not accepted.
